We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support to the HR team, office based.
Day-to-day of the role
- Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
- Support investigations into workplace matters, ensuring a fair and consistent process.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, contractual terms, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver induction programmes for new starters and support organisational change and restructuring activities.
- Develop and maintain HR reports to support the HR team and wider business.
- Manage and improve HR systems and support system development and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a complex, commercial environment.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR reports.
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable or working towards it.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to site.
