HR Advisor, Birkenhead (3-6 months FTC)
Hybrid/Office based
£38,000-£40,000
You must be able to start work no later than 1st September 2026.
HR Recruit is partnering with an organisation undergoing a period of change and are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join an existing HR team and support them with some restructure work for 3-6 months.
Role Overview
The main focus of the role is to support organisational change consultations and work with managers and stakeholders to deliver change programmes effectively and in line with employment legislation.
The role will also take ownership of a broad range of employee relations casework, including:
- Performance management
- Absence management
- Disciplinary matters
- Grievances

Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate strong employment law knowledge.
- Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
- Confidence to manage complex cases and support organisational change activity in a fast-paced environment.
Working Arrangements
- The role will be office-based whilst delivering the consultations (approx. 1 month) but hybrid work is allowed outside of delivering the consultations.
Salary
- The salary for the role is £38,000-£40,000.
- The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
