About the Role
A great opportunity to join a growing HR team and contribute to the full employee life cycle including recruitment, employee relations, and change projects. Day-to-day of the Role
- Provide a full HR advisory service and guidance on a range of employee issues within a defined business area.
- Manage employee relations cases including providing professional advice, attending meetings, and preparing and issuing accurate documentation while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Act as a trusted partner on recruitment requirements including setting up advertisements, sifting CVs, interviewing candidates, coaching managers on best recruitment practice, and issuing offers of employment in line with agreed terms and conditions.
- Manage the HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, new starter and leaver processes.
- Report monthly trends, actions, and issues and suggest solutions to the business.
- Work with the HR Business Partner on various projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD qualification Level 5 or equivalent
- HR Advisor experience, ideally gained in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- A passion for building relationships, the strength to challenge working practices while striving to deliver a professional HR service.
