We are recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients, a business we know extremely well, for a HR Advisor to join their busy and friendly HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and colleagues, providing practical advice and support across a broad range of Employee Relations and generalist HR matters. You will play an important role in supporting managers across the business, ensuring people issues are handled professionally, consistently and in line with UK employment legislation.

The Role

• Provide practical HR and Employee Relations advice and guidance to line managers and supervisors.
• Support managers with absence, return-to-work, disciplinaries, grievances and capability matters.
• Provide advice on family-friendly policies, workplace adjustments and risk assessments.
• Support investigations and ER meetings, including note-taking and case administration.
• Coach and develop managers to confidently manage people-related issues.
• Support the HR Manager with training and wider HR projects.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for salaried employees.
• Support advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, selection and offer processes.
• Deliver HR inductions and ensure appropriate documentation is in place for new starters.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent approach across the business.
