HR Advisor
St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust are currently seeking an HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will provide high-quality HR advice and support to leaders across our family of schools, helping to ensure our people practices are legally compliant, consistent, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for staff and pupils.
Role Responsibilities
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:
- Provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers across the Trust.
- Manage a range of employee relations casework, supporting schools through complex people matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programmes.
- Act as a key user of the Trust's HR system (iTrent), supporting schools and analysing workforce data to drive improvement.
- Assist with organisational change projects, including TUPE, redeployment and redundancy processes.

We are seeking an individual who:
- Holds CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
- Has experience of managing employee relations maters and delivering best practice.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational and relationship building skills.
- Can work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a busy environment.
- Has a commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development.
