Role Overview
Elevation HR are working with a well-established organisation in Hull who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a hybrid, full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to join a HR team that is stripping things back and taking a much more hands-on approach with managers. You’ll be supporting across employee relations while also getting stuck into projects around salary and bonus reviews, performance reviews and wider people initiatives. It offers the successful candidate genuine scope to develop across the full HR remit and build a strong generalist skill set. As a HR Advisor, you will be:

- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Advising on day-to-day HR queries and escalating more complex matters where required
- Supporting on projects around benefits and process improvement
- Supporting onboarding and employee exit processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Keeping HR systems and employee data up to date
- Working closely with managers to provide practical and commercially focused HR support

Requirements
What we're looking for from a HR Advisor:
- Experience supporting employee relations cases from lower-level to complex
- A good working knowledge of UK employment law
- The confidence to advise and support managers at all levels
- CIPD Qualified or working towards
- Someone who is commercially mindset driven
