HR Advisor
We are currently working in partnership with a facilities management organisation based in Slough, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent. The position is due to start late October and is a full-time position. The position will be paying an annual salary of £40,000.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, manage complex ER casework and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will be approachable, organised, solutions-focused and confident working with managers and TUPE advisors.
Duties
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage a varied caseload of complex employee relations matters, providing timely and commercially focused advice to managers
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and other ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent processes
- Work closely with managers and stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and minimise organisational risk
- Liaise with Payroll on employee-related queries, including pay, deductions, contractual changes and case outcomes
- Support TUPE processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external TUPE advisors to ensure effective consultation and compliance

Experience required
- Experience required in complex employee relations casework
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
Skills, knowledge and expertise required
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice
- Excellent communication, influencing and case management skills
- Confident advising managers on complex people matters
- Good understanding of TUPE and HR processes
