🚀 HR Advisor | Up to £30,000 | Chester HQ + UK Travel

At Forge Holiday Group, home to Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays, our People team plays a key role in shaping colleague experiences across the business. This is far more than policies and paperwork - you'll partner with managers, solve complex people challenges, support organisational change and help create a workplace where people thrive.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Coaching and influencing stakeholders across the business
- Supporting change projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Using people data and insights to inform decisions
- Working collaboratively with Recruitment, L&D, Payroll and wider People teams

We're looking for someone with:
- HR Advisor/Officer experience
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
