Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our Sheffield clients to appoint a highly motivated HR Advisor to join their dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Our client is open to 3 or 4 days per week - salary is based on FTE (35 Hours) or shorter hours across 5 days.
About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you will report into and work closely with the Head of HR supporting the day to day operations of the HR function. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationships with key stakeholders across 3 local Sheffield sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Support the development and review of HR policies and procedures, keeping documentation aligned with changes in employment law and organisational requirements.
- Advise and support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, safer recruitment practices, probation reviews, and general people management matters.
- Oversee sickness and long-term absence cases, including arranging occupational health referrals, supporting return-to-work processes, and advising managers on appropriate next steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data, while supporting audits and ensuring all required compliance and safeguarding information is appropriately recorded.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace by supporting employee wellbeing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and safeguarding initiatives.
