About the Role

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading and successful financial services client seeking to recruit an HR Advisor on an initial contract basis. Candidates will be responsible for working as part of a small, but expanding HR team within this fast-growing business, reporting into the HR Director.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering HR advice and proactive administrative support relating to a variety of HR-related queries to the business.
  • Supporting on all ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, etc.
  • Supporting the HRD with a range of project-based work around areas including restructures, benchmarking, acquisitions, etc.

Experience

  • Our client is seeking someone who is ideally part or fully CIPD qualified.
  • Someone who is able to work proactively and with a high attention to detail and who has strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an HR advisory role, or within an HR Admin capacity but confident in taking on additional responsibility is essential.
  • Someone who is flexible, understands the importance of confidentiality, and who has advanced interpersonal skills.
