HR Advisor
Alchem Partners are currently representing a privately owned HR Consultancy based in Bury. Due to growth, we are assisting in recruiting a HR Advisor to work Monday- Fridays.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, experienced and supportive team where you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of HR matters, working with businesses across different sectors and industries.
You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple clients, developing your knowledge, confidence and expertise in employee relations and employment law.
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside an experienced team of HR professionals, you'll provide practical, professional HR advice and support to a varied client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary procedures, performance management and probationary reviews.
- Providing guidance on maternity, flexible working and other general HR matters.
- Managing HR administration and casework, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email, providing a professional and personable service.
- Supporting employee-facing meetings virtually, including return-to-work meetings and exit interviews.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and supporting them with their day-to-day HR requirements.

Key Personal Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Officer or junior advisory role.
- Practical exposure to employee relations and HR casework.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using HR systems and managing a busy workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, professional and approachable personality.
- A genuine interest in developing your HR and employment law knowledge.

Benefits
In return our client is offering a salary of c£30,000 - £35,000pa, 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays plus Christmas week off, flexible approach to hours Monday – Friday (Typically 09:00 – 17:00). There is also ZERO out of hours working beyond your working week.
There also a huge opportunity for further learning and development and support with further accreditations.
