Are you seeking an opportunity to be part of a supportive HR team?
We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis.
What will you be doing:
- Dealing with general HR queries and providing guidance
- Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
- Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
- Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
- Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date
- Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise

- HR Generalist experience
- A strong level of ER knowledge
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
