They are currently recruiting for a proactive HR Advisor to join their team in Claydon. You will work closely with managers and employees across the business, providing practical HR support and guidance. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:


Get help with your application

- Deliver end-to-end HR administrative support, including onboarding new joiners, maintaining employee records, issuing documentation, and supporting all employee lifecycle changes.
- Provide timely, practical support and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR queries and concerns.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including absence, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
- Provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews via the recruitment system.
