HR Advisor – International Law Firm – London
We are recruiting an HR Advisor for a leading international law firm based in central London.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within a law firm or similar professional services environment and is comfortable supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice on employee relations matters
- Supporting performance and absence management
- Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting organisational and people-related projects
- Assisting with employee lifecycle processes
- Working closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate HR documentation and records

Requirements
Previous law firm experience is highly desirable.
