HR Advisor
North West England (Hybrid)
£33,000 - £35,000 + Bens
RedGreen Partners are looking to attract a HR Advisor into an attractive role based in the North West.
We’re partnering with a growing commercial yet purpose-driven social care provider that’s constantly striving to improve its colleague experience across the entire organisation.
If you’re a HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping managers get the best from their teams, then this should be of interest.
The HR Advisor will be joining a growing People Team, supporting managers across multiple sites within this values-led organisation. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of employee relations cases, provide expert HR guidance, and play a key role in creating positive engagement.

About the role
Reporting to a HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical and commercially focused support across a wide range of people matters. You'll be involved in:
- Managing and advising on employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Coaching managers to build confidence in people management.
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintaining HR systems and producing people-related reports.
- Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation and best practice.
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
We don’t necessarily need the finished article! We're looking for someone who has experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar HR role in a fast paced People or HR team. A requirement of sound UK employment law and employee relations knowledge is essential. You’ll find it natural to build rapport with stakeholders and manage numerous ongoing queries with a personable and professional approach.

Hybrid - home working with some travel to Head Office in Cumbria and occasional site visits
