We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our busy HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality HR service that makes a real difference across the organisation.

Working closely with managers, you'll provide practical HR advice and support on a wide range of people matters, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change. You'll also play an important role in maintaining our HR systems and supporting the development of our people practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing as a well-rounded HR professional.
We are looking for someone with experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, Senior HR Administrator or similar generalist people role.
You will have strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credible and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide proactive, customer-focused support.
You will have a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice, together with the confidence to advise and coach managers on a range of people matters. Experience supporting employee relations cases and absence management processes is essential.

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 FTE per annum (£21,189 – £24,216 per annum pro rata for 28 hours per week).
Part Time Hours: 28 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
