Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support Employee Relations and Performance Management cases across EMEA.
  • Manage monthly payroll and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, processes and systems.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency across the business.
  • Provide HR data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead recruitment and support a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor/generalist across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment legislation.
  • Professional services or creative industry experience desirable.
  • Confident using HR systems; Oracle experience is a bonus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, people-focused and passionate about improving the employee experience.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.
