HR Advisor - Full-Time, Permanent
Elevation HR are working with a highly successful FMCG business on the M62 corridor east of Wakefield as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you will be hands-on managing an ER caseload, whilst reporting to an exceptional HR lead who will be keen to support you in your career. As part of a major group with multiple sites, there will be further opportunities for you to develop your career in the future. In this fully onsite role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing advice and guidance on a broad range of day-to-day HR queries.
- Managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and other HR matters.
- Supporting managers with sickness and attendance management, including liaising with Occupational Health where required.
- Coaching and developing line managers to effectively manage people-related matters.
- Supporting recruitment for production roles, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Delivering upskilling sessions and practical HR training for line managers.
- Supporting the HR Manager with a range of site-based and wider group HR projects.

This role requires a HR generalist who enjoys challenging conversations, working at pace, working on high-volume ER cases, and being on site developing relationships with key line Managers.
