About the Opportunity
Catalyst is partnered with a leading digital asset manager operating within the financial services sector. As the organisation expands, they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their London-based team and support the delivery of a high-quality people agenda across the business.
In this role you will gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, combining operational HR responsibilities with involvement in strategic people projects. This position would suit an individual who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, internal mobility, and offboarding activities.
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice people management.
- Assist with organisational change initiatives, workforce planning, and business transformation projects as required.
- Support performance review cycles, talent management programmes, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and management information, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with wider HR and business teams to deliver key people projects and strategic HR initiatives.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded HR professional with experience operating within a regulated environment and advising stakeholders across a broad range of HR matters.
Key requirements include:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent HR generalist role within financial services, asset management, banking, fintech, or another regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and employee relations processes.
- Demonstrable experience advising managers and employees on a range of HR issues with confidence and professionalism.
- Experience supporting organisational change, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience working with HR systems and producing HR reporting and management information.
- CIPD qualification, or working towards CIPD accreditation, would be advantageous.
