Equifind are partnering with a highly respected financial services firm with an established reputation for excellence, long-term thinking, and responsible investing. This role is ideal for someone with around 2-4 years' HR experience who is eager to learn, enjoys variety, and wants to work within a professional, intellectually stimulating environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be key in supporting a busy and collaborative HR function. You will gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, combining employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, payroll support, HR analytics, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & HR Advisory
    • Provide practical guidance to managers on employee relations matters
    • Support absence management, probation reviews, and performance management processes
    • Assist with policy reviews and updates

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Manage agency relationships and recruitment administration
    • Support interview scheduling and candidate experience
  • Benefits & Payroll Support

    • Assist with benefits administration and employee changes
    • Support pension processes and payroll-related activities
    • Manage HR-related invoices and benefits data accuracy
  • HR Projects & Reporting

    • Produce HR reports and analytics
    • Maintain HR systems and employee records
    • Support remuneration activities and wider HR initiatives
    • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the HR function

About You

  • Ideally 3+ years of HR experience in financial services, investment management, or a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
