ROLE TITLE: HR Analyst

LOCATION: Remote / London (Hybrid)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency and be eligible to meet client screening requirements. The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join a major public sector transformation programme delivered by a leading global technology and consulting organisation. Working within an HR Reinvention team, you will play a key role in analysing and improving HR processes, policies and operational procedures. You will support business transformation initiatives through process mapping, policy analysis, requirements gathering, content validation and knowledge base preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong analytical skills and experience working within complex HR environments to contribute to a large-scale transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and review HR policies, procedures and supporting documentation
  • Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps and workflow documentation
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions
  • Review and validate content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR knowledge base materials
  • Interpret HR-related data and provide meaningful insights
  • Produce high-quality project documentation and artefacts
  • Build effective relationships with HR teams, programme leads and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong experience as an HR Process Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • In-depth understanding of HR operations and processes
  • Experience analysing HR policies and procedures
  • Proven process mapping experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills

Desirable

  • Content review and validation experience
  • Workshop facilitation skills
  • Data analysis and interpretation experience
  • Experience supporting business transformation or change programmes
  • Previous experience working within public sector environments
  • Knowledge of knowledge management and knowledge base development
