We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a global organisation based in the City of London, who are looking for an HR Services Analyst to join their Human Resources team and support HR operations across the region while working closely with colleagues globally.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR operations in an international environment. You'll support across the employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll coordination, HR data and reporting, while becoming a key user of Workday and helping to continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration, HR operations or HR services experience, or a relevant HR/Business qualification with a desire to develop within HR
  • Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Strong HR systems capability, ideally with experience using Workday
  • Confident maintaining employee records and handling sensitive HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and responding to employee queries
  • Comfortable working with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee data
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR reporting, data and process improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative, customer-focused and committed to delivering an excellent employee experience
  • Comfortable working within an international environment and collaborating with colleagues globally
