Job Opportunity: HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all HR related queries for this site
  • Supporting Employee Relations (ER)
  • Stakeholder engagement - building relationships
  • Training & development support
  • End to end recruitment - from creating job specs/adverts - to interview - to offer, onboarding, HR administration, referencing and compliance
  • HR reporting
