Job Opportunity: HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience.
Main Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all HR related queries for this site
- Supporting Employee Relations (ER)
- Stakeholder engagement - building relationships
- Training & development support
- End to end recruitment - from creating job specs/adverts - to interview - to offer, onboarding, HR administration, referencing and compliance
- HR reporting

- Previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator
- Recruitment & onboarding, compliance & training
- Employee engagement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships
