HR Assistant – Workday (London)
Immediate start | Temp contract until year-end | Full training provided
Our client is a global infrastructure organisation based in the city, they are looking for two London-based temporary HR Assistants to support the post-go-live phase of their new HRIS, Workday. Ideal for organised, customer-focused individuals who thrive on high-volume admin.

Role overview
Provide timely support to employees using Workday, mainly handling queries via a shared mailbox. Full training included.
Key duties
- Manage and respond to Workday support mailbox queries
- Use and update standard response templates
- Guide colleagues to resources and escalate complex issues
- Maintain FAQs and support docs
What we want
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HR admin experience helpful but Workday knowledge not required
