Temporary Employment Relations Coordinator

£27K - Immediate Start

July - End of September

Central London - 3 days a week onsite minimum, some flex to 4 meeting dependant

We're looking for a highly organised Employment Relations Coordinator to join a fantastic organisation in the heart of London's theatre industry on a temporary contract through to the end of September.

This is a heavily administration-focused role, perfect for someone with excellent organisational skills and some previous knowledge of an HR function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating meetings and managing diaries
  • Taking detailed minutes and following up on actions
  • Preparing meeting packs and documentation
  • Logging and tracking queries on internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
  • Responding to general HR and employment-related enquiries
  • Supporting the Employment Relations team with day-to-day administration

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Previous HR administration or basic HR knowledge
  • Excellent minute-taking skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to start immediately and commit until the end of September
