We are partnering with one of our long-standing clients on an HR Assistant role. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing Executive Office supporting a global portfolio of businesses, properties, and rural estates across the UK and overseas. You will support a diverse network of employees across private estates, property interests, and international operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activity, including drafting job specifications, coordinating with external recruitment partners, and assisting with new hires.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including background screening, inductions, system set-up, health & safety checks, risk assessments, and PPE administration.
  • Provide operational HR support across payroll, performance management, employee relations, and annual policy reviews.
  • Support HR systems activity, including HRIS implementation projects, process automation, and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR administration and employee queries.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and ideally health & safety requirements.
  • Advanced attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office capability.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a desire to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
  • Experience supporting employees across both UK and international jurisdictions is not essential but is advantageous.
  • Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or other HR systems is not essential but is advantageous.
