We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in their industry to recruit an HR Assistant to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic 6-month opportunity offering hybrid working and an immediate start, ideal for someone looking to build on their HR experience and gain exposure across a broad range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential employee records across HR systems.
- Provide responsive support for day-to-day HR queries, seeing them through to resolution.
- Support onboarding, employee changes, absence management and leaver processes.
- Coordinate learning and training administration, ensuring records are kept current.
- Prepare accurate HR documentation, reports and correspondence.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver smooth, efficient people processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR administration and enhance the employee experience.

You Will Need:
- Previous HR or strong administrative experience.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and helpful approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential employee information.
