We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised People Services Operations Assistant to join our People Services team.
As the first point of contact for People Services, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service to staff, managers, applicants and visitors. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to gain experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff development, employee wellbeing initiatives and day to day people operations. The role also has an important responsibility to assist with the coordination and monitoring of mandatory staff training and CPD compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a welcoming and professional People Services reception service.
- Supporting recruitment i.e. interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining staff records and ensuring people data is accurate and compliant.
- Monitoring mandatory training and CPD completion.
- Supporting probationary reviews, absence management administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assisting with staff development activities, wellbeing initiatives and reward events.
- Providing administrative support across the wider People Services team.

About you
You will be an excellent administrator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll be confident communicating with a wide range of people, able to manage competing priorities and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
You will have:
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
- A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
