The consultancy provides commercially focused, bespoke HR support, ranging from complex employment relations and hiring the first employee to managing organisational change and establishing HR foundations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based at our new head office in Northampton. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating systems data, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.   • Coordinating benefits administration
  • Supporting training and development activities
  • Preparing HR documentation
  • Responding to routine employee queries

The role will also involve:

  • Helping with recruitment administration
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Organizing HR-related meetings
  • Ensuring HR procedures are followed in line with company policies and UK employment regulations

The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with HR consultants and clients to provide accurate, timely, and professional HR support.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build professional working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The successful candidate must have significant experience in an HR support or administrative role and a CIPD qualification or progress towards.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality are required.
