HR Assistant - London

We’re working with a leading financial services organisation seeking an HR Assistant to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR data and analytical experience, particularly advanced Excel, who is comfortable working with large datasets and producing accurate MI and reporting.

This role is a 6-month contract, requiring 5 days on site and is paying £166 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, clean, reconcile and analyse HR data from multiple sources using Excel.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, charts and management reports to support HR MI.
  • Support the coordination of the organisation’s Learning & Development programme and annual training plan.
  • Provide administrative support across employee relations, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Support wider HR activities including employee lifecycle, engagement, wellbeing, policies and audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience within HR
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables/PivotCharts, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, logical/statistical formulas, data cleaning and reconciliation.
  • Experience producing dashboards, charts and management information
  • Able to start within a month
