WHO ARE WE?

Pace is a HR Consultancy start up providing companies with Peace of Mind HR support that is dedicated, personable, and tailored to the organisations we work with. We partner with clients to provide them with the HR department they need, when they need.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • You are warm, personable and want to progress in your career
  • You are organised and have great communication skills
  • You know you don’t know it all, but have the confidence to ask for help
  • You are happy working with autonomy, both remotely and on-site at our clients (in and around York)
  • You want to work for an organisation where you have a voice and are aligned with the values

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

  • Providing HR admin support for our client base
  • Supporting Senior HRBPs with their client portfolio
  • Exposure to the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding through to change management and tricky terminations
  • Shadowing complex ER issues
  • Supporting internal Pace project work and admin
  • Handling client queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Staying up to date with employment law changes
  • To be a role model on giving back to the community and our environment in line with Pace policy and partnerships
