HR Assistant

£166.00 per day
6 month contract
5 Days onsite - City of London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Assistant to join the London branch of a leading international bank.
This is a varied and rewarding role offering exposure across Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Employee Relations, employee engagement, and wider HR operations. Working closely with the HR team, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of HR services while supporting key projects, maintaining accurate HR records, and providing valuable workforce data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives and training programmes.
- Produce HR reports, dashboards, and management information using Excel.
- Analyse and reconcile HR data to support business decision-making.
- Assist with employee relations administration and maintain confidential case documentation.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and broader HR projects.
- Ensure HR records, policies, and processes remain accurate and compliant.
About You

- You will have HR experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment, together with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling sensitive and confidential information.
