At Gen Phoenix

We're continuing to grow, delivering the future of sustainable textiles to a global marketplace. To enable our further growth, we are looking for an HR Assistant to support us with the full breadth of HR activities as part of our integrated team.

Responsibilities

  • HR administration & employee records
  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Payroll data preparation
  • Maintaining the HRIS and data analysis
  • Supporting managers with administration and guidance on best practice
  • HR compliance including right to work and policy and training completion
  • General HR support including suggestions on how to continue to improve processes
