Fouz Schools is an Islamic supplementary school dedicated to preparing today’s children for tomorrow through a holistic educational experience. Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant at Fouz Schools is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities. The Human Resources Assistant helps coordinate staff training, supports benefits administration, and responds to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves preparing HR documents, maintaining compliance with school policies and employment regulations, and collaborating with school leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles, with the ability to support daily HR operations.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes, including supporting enrollment and responding to staff queries.
- Ability to assist in planning and coordinating Training initiatives for staff development.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, faith-based educational environment.
- Previous experience in an educational or non-profit setting is an advantage.
