Role Description
As a Remote HR Assistant at Dental Clinic, you will support daily human resources operations for the practice. This is a full-time role based on-site in Tidworth, where you will assist with employee onboarding, personnel file management, and HR documentation. You will help maintain HRIS records, support benefits administration, and coordinate staff training sessions and compliance-related activities. The role includes responding to HR-related inquiries, preparing reports, and collaborating with managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies. You will also contribute to improving HR processes and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and generate basic reports.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including assisting with enrollment, changes, and employee queries.
- Ability to support Training activities, such as coordinating sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or healthcare setting is beneficial; relevant certification or coursework in HR is a plus.
