London (Hybrid - 4 days office) | Private Investment Firm
£55,000 - 65,000 + Bonus & Bens
Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading private investment firm to hire an HR Associate to join its growing HR team.
It's an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing business where you'll play a key role in supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions while helping to drive improvements across HR operations, processes, and employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, combining operational excellence with a proactive approach to making things better.
The Opportunity:
- You'll work closely with HR leadership and the wider business, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
- This role offers the chance to take ownership, contribute to business-critical projects, and help shape the evolution of the HR function within a sophisticated financial services environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Supervise and mentor a junior member in the team
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Maintaining accurate HR data and documentation across systems
- Partnering with Payroll, Finance, and key business stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment and talent processes where required
- Supporting HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis
- Contributing to regulatory, compliance, and audit activities
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting HR projects focused on growth, integration, and continuous improvement
- Helping deliver a first-class employee experience across the business
About You:
- 4+ years HR experience gained within financial services or another fast-paced, professional services environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong HR operations fundamentals
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace
- Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes
- Confident working with HR systems, data, and reporting
- Commercial, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and making a visible impact
