HRBP – 18-Month FTC | London

Catalyst are partnering with a leading investment firm to hire an experienced HR Generalist on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Based in London, this role sits within a high-performing HR function and offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, professional environment.

In this role, you will act as a trusted HR contact, supporting a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations. Working closely with business leaders and colleagues across multiple locations, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of HR processes while contributing to key people initiatives and projects.
