We're Hiring | HR Business Partner (People Partner)
Whitstable, Kent | Full-Time | Office Based (5 Days)
People are at the heart of everything we do.
As Global Commissioning continues to grow across the UK and Europe, and due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / People Partner to join our team in Whitstable, Kent.
Working alongside a team of People Partners and reporting into our Group Chief People Officer, you'll become a trusted advisor to our leadership team, helping shape our people strategy while supporting managers and employees across a fast-paced, international business.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with Directors and senior leaders to drive business performance through people
- Lead on employee relations, performance management and organisational development
- Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning
- Coach managers and provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Develop and improve HR policies, ensuring employment law compliance
- Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support international mobility, including visas, work permits and overseas employment compliance

What we're looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar)
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
