HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester (hybrid) - £55,000 - £60,000 plus bens

We are looking for a HRBP to partner with a high growth division of this innovative and evolving business based in Greater Manchester.

Who is the business?

A growing and successful commercially focused business with multiple business units and divisions, all focused on service delivery and exceptional customer service. They are highly performance driven, recognising that people are at the heart of their success.

What is the role?

A hands on HRBP role, partnering with the Director and their leadership team in a defined business area. You will be their go to person for all things people. They have a large focus on workforce planning, capability and upskilling to enable them to meet their growth targets, and you will be a critical partner, supporting them and working closely with subject matter experts in the business to provide relevant tools and programmes of work.

Alongside specific projects you will also support BAU and cyclical HR activities:

  • Talent management
  • Succession planning
  • Performance reviews
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on upcoming legislative changes

You will also be involved in complex and escalated ER casework, working with subject matter experts and the wider team to ensure full support is there.

Who are we looking for?

A truly commercial HRBP, who can work at pace and feels at home in a high growth environment. You will have a full generalist toolkit, and will have ideally worked in an operational, volume led and customer focused environment (think retail, hospitality, leisure).

This business operates a hybrid model, which broadly translates as 3 office days / 2 remote, with some flex depending on business need.

To be considered for the top end of the range you must demonstrate extensive HR generalist experience, as a business partner, gained from within a highly commercial business environment.
