We’re working with an established business who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a manufacturing business.
This is a broad, hands-on HR role, working closely with senior leadership and managers to provide advice across the full employee lifecycle.
The role will include:
- Managing complex Employee Relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and performance
- Coaching and supporting managers on people-related issues
- Managing absence, wellbeing and performance processes
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and probation
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
- Supporting organisational change and wider people initiatives

About you:
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified is preferred
- Confident working with and advising managers and senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously
