HR Business Partner (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Lewes (Hybrid)
Salary: £47,180 – £52,436
Contract: September 2026 – 31 March 2027 (with the potential to extend)
LHH is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a high-profile organisational change programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating a major TUPE transfer, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition while supporting employees and Trade Unions throughout the change process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day coordination of the TUPE process
- Manage key HR workstreams throughout the project
- Support organisational change and employee consultation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, employees and Trade Unions
- Ensure a compliant and successful transition
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous HR Business Partner experience
- Strong change management experience
- TUPE experience (preferred)
- Experience consulting and working with Trade Unions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
