About the Job
We are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support managers across the organisation, providing expert HR guidance that helps drive business performance and employee engagement. This is a varied role combining strategic business partnering with day-to-day operational HR, offering the opportunity to influence people initiatives while ensuring best practice and compliance. They are looking for someone who has experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies that support business growth and transformation.

Duties will include:
- Acting as the trusted HR partner to managers across multiple business functions.
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance issues.
- Supporting managers with complex HR cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Identifying training and development requirements and supporting career progression initiatives.
- Contributing to performance management, succession planning and talent development activities.
- Reviewing HR data and producing recommendations to improve engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness.
- Promoting wellbeing initiatives and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Assisting with organisational change programmes, restructures and business transformation projects.
- Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practice to ensure ongoing compliance.

About the Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist position, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and proven experience managing complex employee relations cases. You will possess excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, be commercially aware and hold CIPD Level 5 as a minimum, with Level 7 considered advantageous. Experience within a fast-paced or international environment would be beneficial.
