We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support organisational success and enable our people to thrive.
This is an exciting time for the SRA, there are a number of innovative programmes of work underway and the HR department is committed to supporting the organisation with their business plans.
The role
The HRBP role is a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of teams, managers and leaders to help build organisation and people capability. You will help shape and implement effective people strategies that support the delivery of our strategic and annual business plans.
You will work closely with managers and leaders to enhance workforce performance, foster and nurture strategic people enablers such as talent, leadership and culture, as well as develop people solutions, to achieve the organisation's objectives enabling employees to flourish.
Supporting the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, Head of HR Operations and Head of Resourcing and Talent in the delivery of the HR People Strategy, you will be personally accountable for the delivery of specific projects to help us deliver our corporate objectives.
By developing meaningful relationships across the organisation, using data and insight to inform decisions, and delivering practical, value-added people solutions that meet evolving business needs- you will develop a strong and measurable understanding of your business areas and work with them to recommend and deliver people-related solutions to support delivery.

You will also demonstrate effective business partnering by identifying and responding to external opportunities and risks that may impact the organisation and You will provide coaching and support to leaders, helping them navigate organisational change, develop talent and build high-performing teams.

What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of identifying and supporting people and change management implications arising from improvement or change programmes
- Must be able to analyse complex situations and then make well considered decisions quickly and confidently, at times supporting business decisions even when controversial or unpopular
- Deals confidently and assertively with senior and influential individuals
- Experience of analysing and reporting on HR activities and trends in people/issues and metrics
- Ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and colleagues

Useful and additional information
- There is a full role profile attached to the bottom of this advert on our website.
- This is a hybrid role and can be based either in our Birmingham, Cardiff or London office 1-2 days a week, and from home for rest of the week. There will be the expectation to travel to other offices from which the candidate is based, and in particular to the main office in Birmingham.
- This role requires regular travel between our Birmingham, Cardiff and London offices. The successful candidate will be expected to work across all three locations as business needs require, and travel between offices will form a regular part of the role.
- The salary offer for this role will be from £40,886.91- £48,102.24 per annum for Birmingham and Cardiff based candidates with an additional 10 percent weighting for London based candidates, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
- We are recruiting for this role on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week.
