HAIL Partners is working with an Independent Investment Bank who are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their London team. This is a generalist role spanning the full employee lifecycle, with strong front office exposure and close engagement with senior stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handling employee relations (ER) matters
  • Supporting talent acquisition alongside the TA Partner
  • Delivering training initiatives
  • Running year-end appraisals (twice yearly)
  • Liaising with an internal shared service function on monthly payroll and benefits updates
  • Partnering with front office stakeholders, balancing robust process with commercial pragmatism

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years HR Business Partner experience within financial or professional services
  • Strong regulatory knowledge (SMCR) and awareness of upcoming changes
  • Experience handling conflict resolution
  • Confidence engaging with front office/senior stakeholders
  • A personable, engaging manner suited to a close-knit team
