This is a hands-on partnering role for an HR professional who can build credibility with leaders, challenge constructively and turn people priorities into practical business outcomes.

You will work closely with managers and site leadership to build people capability, navigate complex employee relations, enable organisational change and deliver a people agenda aligned with our wider business objectives.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of the HR agenda across the Stevenage site and build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, managers and UK HR colleagues.

  • Business Partnering – Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and solutions while helping managers build their own people-management capability.

  • Recruitment – Partner with managers helping the business attract and secure the capability it needs.
  • Engagement & Wellbeing – Champion engagement initiatives, contribute to wellbeing and employee forums and ensure actions translate into meaningful improvements.
  • Policy & Best Practice – Help ensure our people policies remain aligned with current UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • HR Projects – Lead and contribute to HR projects that improve our people practices and employee experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
