People Partner – Customer Experience (EMEA) – 12-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced Customer Experience organization supporting permanent and contingent employees across EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with multiple VP-level executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic talent solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build trusted relationships quickly and confidently engage in difficult conversations to influence and challenge leadership.
- Provide expert advice on people matters, talent development, and organizational dynamics.
- Support a team undergoing significant transformation to become AI-native, contributing to change management efforts.
- Lead medium-sized projects and collaborate across multi-functional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally within a technology or international matrixed environment.
- Comfortable working at an executive level with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running, roll up your sleeves, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Change management experience is a plus but not essential.
- Availability to start immediately to cover a maternity leave for a 12-month contract.
