HR Business Partner - Luxembourg (Regional Coverage: Luxembourg, APAC & North America) 12 month FTC
A leading regulated financial services group is looking for a HR Business Partner on an FTC basis to join its Luxembourg team, with responsibility spanning three time zones: Luxembourg, the APAC and North America.
This is a genuinely international HRBP role for someone who's comfortable being the trusted people partner for leaders and employees across multiple jurisdictions - not just in name, but in the day-to-day realities of employment law, employee relations, and regulatory obligations that differ from one location to the next.
You'll report to the Head of HR and act as the HR point of contact for your regions, partnering closely with the business on everything from organisational design to employee relations casework, while making sure HR practice stays aligned with local regulatory requirements in each market. This is a close-knit, high-touch remit - you'll be partnering a total employee base of c.120 across the three regions, so you'll know the business and its people well.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
