HR Business Partner

We are supporting a globally recognised Tier 1 technology and consulting firm in appointing an HR Business Partner to support a major automotive client account.

The Role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives aligned with organisational objectives. This is a hands-on role covering employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and wider employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business leaders with HR strategies and workforce plans
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and exits
  • Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR policies
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil recruitment requirements
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, company policies, and GDPR
  • Support employee engagement and learning and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports and insights to stakeholders

Your Experience

  • Experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Generalist, or junior HR Business Partner
  • Good understanding of employee relations and the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience supporting recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, matrix organisation
  • Experience within technology, IT services, automotive, engineering, or manufacturing would be advantageous
