You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business by owning core people processes while helping drive a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and absence management.
- Support managers in navigating underperformance, coaching conversations, and formal processes.
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across both UK and US employee populations.
- Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant people practices in both the UK and US.
Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees as a trusted advisor.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through people data and day-to-day interactions.
- Support organizational change, restructures, and evolving business needs.
- Contribute to projects that improve employee experience, manager capability, and people operations.
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, internal moves, and offboarding.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, with strong ownership of data accuracy and reporting within PeopleHR.
- Support outsourced payroll (Deel/Remote), benefits administration, and compliance processes where required.
- Ensure employee records, policies, and documentation are up to date and audit-ready.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to UK and US employment legislation and support people processes where needed.
- Manage right-to-work checks, policy acknowledgements, mandatory training compliance, and documentation.
- Support internal audits and help strengthen scalable HR processes as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Advisor, or similar generalist HR role.
- Strong experience managing employee relations and performance-related matters.
- Experience supporting both UK and US employees and HR processes.
- Strong HRIS experience, ideally PeopleHR.
- Excellent knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and core HR operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
Candidates who come from a B2B or recruitment will be prioritized over other candidates.
