About the Role

Frazer Jones is excited to be partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to appoint a Strategic HR Business Partner into its London team. Operating within a fast-paced, highly commercial and regulated environment, this business has a strong global presence and is recognised for its expertise across financial markets. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across both front office and corporate functions, providing strategic and operational HR support while influencing key people decisions across the organisation.

Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior business leaders to deliver commercially focused HR advice and strategic people solutions across your designated client group.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Leading on employee relations matters, providing pragmatic guidance on performance management, disciplinary, grievance and organisational change processes.
  • Building strong and credible relationships with stakeholders, serving as a key HR contact and trusted partner within the business.
  • Driving people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and support wider business objectives.
  • Analysing workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, generate insights and inform decision-making.
  • Supporting regulatory and governance requirements, ensuring adherence to policies and processes within a highly regulated environment.
  • Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and business change programmes that drive efficiency and add value across the organisation.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong track record within the Financial Services sector. You must have Front Office client group experience, working directly with these populations and will understand the pace, commercial drivers and stakeholder expectations within revenue generating teams.

Additionally, you will have excellent employee relations experience, a sound understanding of UK employment law, and experience operating within a regulated environment. You will be confident partnering with senior stakeholders, able to balance strategic and operational priorities, and comfortable working in a demanding, high-performance culture.
